Cyberjewels 30 Day Return Policy |

Cyber Jewels is confident that you will be thrilled with
the quality of the jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied,
please return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price or
replace it, without any questions being asked. |

To return or replace an item, simply follow the following
instructions: |

Call Cyber Jewels customer service at (888) 259-7111 to obtain a return
authorization number.

Please provide us with your name, address, and phone number. Return the
original packing materials if possible.

Put your item and all of the original packing materials, if possible, including
name, address and phone number, in a plain wrapped cardboard box (the post
office or mail box etc. have these available if you do not).

Please send the package by registered insured mail, as this is the safest way
to ship high-value items Please retain your receipt as this will protect you in
case of loss in transit.

Clearly print your name and return address on the outside of the package.

CAUTION:You should NOT write Cyber Jewels, jewelry, diamonds or other
luxury-related words anywhere on the package.

Cyber Jewels makes returns simple, but you should follow
these rules: |

No package without a proper return authorization number will be accepted.

The package MUST be received at UC Inc WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS- from customer receipt of merchandise from Cyberjewels. Any items received after (thirty) 30
days from the receipt date will not be accepted.

Every item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unused and
undamaged. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted.

Once returns are accepted, your money will be refunded in the same form of
payment used to purchase the item. Even though credits are given within 7days
of receipt, please allow one monthly billing cycle for your credits to appear.
